After an initial meeting in our showroom, our design service normally begins with a visit to the client’s home. This is to perform a technical survey & to take detailed measurements of the room in question. We then use this information to produce a bathroom or kitchen design, using our state-of-the-art 3D CAD software. This software does not just fill the room with generic shapes, but uses each specific manufacturers products, to show the client exactly how each room will look once finished.
After some initial feedback from the client regarding the design, we are then able to make any necessary changes & to produce a schedule of specific products & a fully detailed schedule of installation works. This process can take as long as is necessary, the key aim being to get to the whole design, detailing & installation structure perfect, before any works are commenced.

Design
This is where each project starts. This can be done either “in house” from a client’s measurements or if required, a visit to the home to perform a technical survey of the room in question. A 3D design is then produced, along with product specification & interior designing.
Installation
This is our speciality. By using our own installation teams & our personal management services, we can take every project from start to finish. We use all of our experience & knowledge to make sure that every project is installed to the highest of standards & in the most organised, efficient & respectful way.

We have spent many years looking for the best of European bathroom design & manufacture. The majority of our ranges are made in Germany, Denmark & Italy, but some are also still made in the UK & all are examples of the best in classic & contemporary design & state-of-the-art manufacturing. No matter what the specification or budget, we can offer best quality products that will stand the test of time.
Custom made
Many of our products can be bespoke made to a certain size, configuration or finish. This is possible due to the specialist manufacturers that we use & our own creative knowledge. Each one of our installed bathrooms is always bespoke; no two rooms or client requirements are ever the same!

Supply of Goods Service
Whether or not a client wants to use our design & installation service, every effort is put into the specification & supply of the bathroom or kitchen products, to make sure they meet the client’s needs & requirements of the room. A client may have their own installer or contractor already arranged.
We can offer not only a complete specification of the products to be used, but also provide any technical assistance that may be required. This may be as simple as defining a required water pressure for a shower, or as detailed as a ventilation schematic for an induction hob integrated ventilation system. We are always on hand to provide any information regarding a product query or installation requirement.

Installation Service
This total service of design, supply & installation is our specialty. For 40 years we have mastered the art of being able to take a client from the very initial enquiry & visit to our showroom, right through to the end result of a fully installed bathroom or kitchen. We use all of our knowledge & skills to make this journey as pleasant & seamless as possible. Every installation project is given the utmost detail & dedication & uses our regular installation teams.
We perform all the necessary tasks relevant to an installation such as plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, carpentry, specialist flooring etc. All works are accomplished by highly skilled trades people & finished & guaranteed to an extremely high standard. Every step of an installation is project managed by one of our company managers & any issues along the way are dealt with efficiently & succinctly in house. Communication between all parties is the key to this service & every effort is made to keep everyone involved abreast of the progress, before, during & after all installations.
